Don't Lose Out Booking Your Cruise Vacation
Directly With The Cruise Line !
Won't I Get A Better Price Booking Directly with the Cruise Line?
- Rarely, if ever, will a cruise line have a price lower than one of their top agency partners can offer. Cruise lines offer the same "level playing field" prices available in a booking window to everyone. We offer a Lowest Price Guarantee.
- A large preferred cruise agency like ours negotiates special cruise sales and bonus amenities for our passengers that cruise lines don't offer the general public. So in addition to the best pricing offered by the cruise line, we have value-added amenities on some 2,500 cruises each year.
- But I get deals from the cruise line because I've cruised with them before. By booking directly with the cruise line, even as a past passenger, you may be losing out on additional savings opportunities. Booking with us you will still receive your past passengers savings, plus we can usually combine these and the cruise line's best promotional offers with any exclusive savings we may have.
Not all deals in the marketplace are combinable, but many are. Our cruise experts can help.
- In the [rare] instance where a lower price was offered by the cruise line, we've been able to match or better it. We also guarantee better service than a cruise line will provide you, and have more options than the cruise line can provide.
Won't I Get Better Service Booking Directly With the Cruise Line?
- The cruise line's staff is unable to provide you the superior service and personal support our cruise experts can. Most cruise line reservationists lack essential training and firsthand experience. What training they do receive is limited to their own product. Many cruise lines employ "telemarketers" who are incentivized to close a sale, not to ensure your needs are attended to.
- A cruise line's employees are unable to counsel you properly on pre- or post-cruise travel options, hotel options, best air arrangements, shore excursions and privately arranged excursions that provide more enriching experiences, the pros and cons of various cruise lines or among specific ships within their fleet, the best insurance options, and more.
But What If I've Already Made My Booking With The Cruise Line?
If you have paid in full for your cruise, unfortunately your booking cannot be transferred. (Call us first next time!) But if you have only made a reservation and/or deposit, check with us on what we can offer you, (either on that or a comparable cruise), and you can transfer your booking to us and take advantage of our superior service, plus any bonus amenities and savings.
What Do I Have To Do To Transfer My Booking?
If you've made a reservation but haven't yet made a deposit: all you need to do is call the cruise line and ask them to transfer the booking to TravelStore, and provide them our local phone number.
If you've already made a deposit: a cruise line generally requires your written request to transfer your booking to us. We can provide you a letter you can print, sign and mail -- just advise us your cruise details. You may need to provide the cruise line your: booking number, TravelStore's name as agency, our local phone number, and possibly our agent's name who will handle your booking.
