I spoke with Ken Gulko to thank him for putting together such a wonderful cruise experience for my friend and I.

My friend and I put together this trip with Ken so that we could join another set of friends on the same cruise. Ken's knowledge provided us with a much better experience than our friends. We flew in later and flew out earlier. This allowed for easy hours and a day less travel overall. Each time I called Ken with a question, his immediate response was always informative, professional and kind.

When next I travel or am asked for a travel reference, I will be giving out Ken's name and phone number!

I wanted to write this letter to inform you that we had our travel experience become outstanding since our agent (Ken Gulko) went above and beyond for us. He constantly kept up with the problems we faced with our airline delays, missing our ship. We also needed help with a hotel reservation for the night and a flight the next day to meet our ship. I thought this was important to bring to your attention, since we were so pleased with him. I think people who go the extra mile for you should be recognized. We do plan to do business with your company again since we had such a good experience.

My family and I just returned from our dream European Cruise vacation. Because this was our first cruise...and the "big" vacation we have been working towards for many years, I had dozens of questions that I threw at Ken Gulko. It is because of Ken's professionalism, knowledge, and people skills that I am writing this note of appreciation.

Please acknowledge Ken and his service skills in some fashion, as my family and I are VERY satisfied with the dream vacation that we just experienced due to his efforts and attention to detail.

Hi Ken,

I wanted to let you know that the Crystal cruise through the Greek Isles was fabulous! Tom and I could not have been more pleased (and Deborah and Loren, too) and are already talking about a future cruise on Crystal. They provide an EXTRAORDINARY service!

The travels through Italy went well, too, and we especially loved the Villa la Vedetta Hotel in Florence. It was 5-star luxury all the way and a fabulous location.
