World Cruises

The interest in world cruises has exploded in the 21st century. Welcome to a journey unlike any other. A world cruise, is quite simply, one of travel's greatest experiences.

While there used to be few choices for world cruise travelers and the demand hard to fill, today many options are available for world cruises. So

popular are world cruise voyages now, that prime staterooms sell out instantly once they go on sale. Best to plan at least a year in advance.

Cruise lines operating world cruise itineraries include Crystal Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, Norwegian Coastal Voyages, P&O Line, and of course, Cunard Line, which started the tradition in 1922.

Typically, a full world cruise itinerary is just over 100 days in length, and most commence in January. For 2009, the ever popular Crystal Crusies' world cruise is 105 days roundtrip from Los Angeles (see below). For those that prefer something less than the full world cruise itinerary, each world cruise voyage is available in shorter segments.

However, for those guests booking the full world cruise, each cruise line offers special benefits. These advantages can include first class air upgrades, private car transfers, and shipboard credits. (TravelStore also offers exclusive amenities on select world cruise segments.)
