A relative newcomer to the cruise scene, SeaDream has taken off with a bang, offering a unique product to discerning travelers around the world: small yacht-like ships offering personal attention, exquisite service, and elegant itineraries.
SeaDream offers a casually elegant yacht experience for about 50 couples and pampers them with award-winning service and gourmet cuisine. Whether in the indoor dining room or on deck, al fresco, dining is open seating with wine included at lunch and dinner. There's an open bar onboard with Select Premium Brands. Gratuities are included.
SeaDream Cruise Accommodations
Staterooms are elegantly appointed with flat-screen TV, DVD and CD players, data port, personal safe, Belgian linens with down duvets, plush Turkish cotton bathrobes and slippers, 24-hour room service, an in-suite refreshment bar, marble-lined bathroom with multi-jet shower massage and Bvlgari bath amenities.
A Day Aboard SeaDream Yacht Club
While SeaDream's ships are considered "small," they are big on amenities. On deck guests can enjoy a large pool and hottub, or the Balinese Dream Beds with elevated unobstructed views. Water toys like wave runners, kayaks, Sunfish, snorkel gear, water skiing, wake boards are available onboard and readily launched from the swim platform at the rear of the ship. There's a 30-course Golf Simulator, laptop computers, iPod's and mountain bikes to take ashore. There are over 1,200 books, CD's and DVD's to occupy one's down-time, plus feature movies on deck or in the Main Salon.
To stay fit, there's a Fitness Center that includes treadmills, recumbent bikes, and free weights -- all with flat screen TV's and DVD players, along with sauna and steam room. There's the Thai Spa treatments (SeaDream Spa is the only ocean-going member of the Thai Spa Association).

And then there are the itineraries: 7 to 14 day flexible days, often featuring late evenings or overnight stays in port, providing guests the opportunity to experience the nightlife of each unique ports.
