Celebrity Cruises primer
Whether you've always wanted to see Europe, or are a seasoned traveler returning for another visit, TravelStore offers exclusive amenities on select Celebrity cruises to a variety of beautiful destinations throughout Europe and South America, as well as cruises through the gorgeous wilderness of Alaska.

Celebrity has always been a preferred favorite of ours when it comes to premium cruising on large ships. It's not without reason Celebrity's ships placed first through fourth, respectively, as well as seventh and ninth in Conde Nast's Traveler's 2006 Reader's poll "Best Cruise Ships." In addition, they ranked as one of the world's top five cruise lines in Travel & Leisure's annual "World's Best" readers' poll in 2005. People know that a Celebrity expedition is the best way to see Europe or South America, because Celebrity cruises offers the most entertainment, luxury, and service.
What differentiates Celebrity Cruises
Beyond the obvious, however, there's also Celebrity's fabulous AquaSpa, the award-winning cuisine overseen by Michelin-rated chef Michel Roux, trendy martini bars, the onboard contemporary art collections, and the cold towels and sorbet offered poolside.

There's the first ice bar at sea, that features a frozen liquid wall, an ice-cold counter and an ice block displaying the liquor selection. Plus, there's Celebrity's noteworthy relationship with Cirque de Soleil, providing guests a taste of Cirque's entertainment during the cruise. Imagine watching a contortionist twist her body around a hoop suspended from the ceiling of the cruise ship theatre, a deck above your head.

And Celebrity Cruises new Solstice features The Lawn Club on the top deck of the ship (13 stories above the sea!): "Real Growing Grass", set in an innovative new country club environment. The over "Half-Acre" Lawn Club, over three times larger than New York's Rockefeller Center ice skating rink, will allow guests to sink their feet into a beautifully manicured lawn and feel the grass between their toes, miles out to sea while cruising to the next port of call! At The Lawn Club guests can enjoy a game of bocce ball (similar to lawn bowling), croquet, practice their putting or even enjoy a picnic at sea, complete with a picnic blanket and picnic basket of wine & cheese!

For shoppers, Celebrity offers a price guarantee for items purchased in onboard shops, ensuring you obtain the best value.

After taking just one Celebrity cruise, you'll be entitled to bonus amenities on subsequent Celebrity cruises, including bonus sailing credits, one-category complimentary upgrade at time of booking with TravelStore, Captain's Club Premium Booklet with valuable onboard offers, and more.

Celebrity Cruises Expeditions

Celebrity launched its small ship operation with Celebrity Xpeditions in 2004, catering to just 98 guests in the Galapagos Islands with a crew of 68 - a wonderful opportunity to cruise the Galapagos Islands, an amazing world unlike anything you've ever seen - while enjoying the comforts and service of a Celebrity cruise line ship. Read more about visiting the Galapagos Islands.

One of the great remote cruise destinations is the Galapagos Islands off the coast of Ecuador. As a destination, the Galapagos undoubtedly ranks in the top five of most experienced travelers' lists. At each island visited, naturalists accompany passengers in zodiacs ashore or into the water, while for lunch and in the evening, passengers enjoy fine food and service, including outdoor bargeques, evening lectures, and a comfortable room in which to retire.

There's hardly a better way to experience the Galapagos Islands, and for a perfect finish, you can combine the Celebrity Galapagos Islands cruise with a visit to 700-year-old Machu Picchu in Peru.

Azamara Cruises
Celebrity also launched an upscale ship line in 2007, catering to discerning travelers and featuring 10- to 24-day itineraries. Read more.

In addition to Celebrity Cruises, Celebrity Xpeditions and Azamara Cruises, the company operates a wide selection of Cruise Tours to other parts of the world, including Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
